She is one of a group of three women who live outside of Charlotte and found Dr. Freeman for their facial aesthetic surgery. In this particular case this patient was found to be an excellent candidate for a brow lift NC style known in Dr. Freeman's office as a  3/4 endoscopic brow lift and a face lift NC style known as a deep plane minituck. Dr. Freeman individualizes each patient’s brow lift to provide the lift that a patient needs without making them look surprised, an art that most plastic surgeons have not developed. His endoscopic approach allows him to use tiny incisions which heal with little visible scarring. Dr. Freeman feels an over done brow is little better than one that hasn't yet had surgery and prides himself on providing the right amount of lift for each patient. Her face lift was done using a deep plane approach as well as a mid-face lift that Dr. Freeman pioneered. This allows him to provide rejuvenation without that operated on look.
