This patient is a 57 year old female who wished to have a refreshed look. She wished to see a facial plastic surgeon and was referred by a previous patient. She wanted Dr Freeman as she had heard of his deep plane approach for his North Carolina face lift as it was well known throughout the Southeast. She underwent a face lift in Charlotte, North Carolina which is her case involved a minituck face lift. A brow lift in Charlotte, North Carolina done by Dr. Freeman involves either a full brow lift, a 3/4 brow lift or a lateral brow lift depending upon the individual patients need. They are all done using an endoscope which allows for small incisions and better healing and results.  This patient had a lateral brow lift. She was felt to be a good candidate for eyelid surgery in NC (also known as blepharoplasty NC) and had a lower lid blepharoplasty with SOOF lift. The SOOF lift is a mid face lift done in conjunction with the blepharoplasty of the lower lids and a technique originally published by Dr. Freeman. An upper lid blepharoplasty was also performed. Her skin condition was improved using a laser technique known as laser skin rejuvenation.
