This middle aged lady did not feel that the woman she saw in the mirror was the one that reflected how she felt. She was not sure if she needed a face lift NC style or a brow lift NC style but after doing her homework she elected to visit with the Carolinas facial plastic surgeon, Dr. Freeman in Charlotte, NC. She liked his experience, his training and the fact that he did only faces and as a bonus she had heard good things about his reputation. After her visit and his exam it was decided she needed a face lift NC style known as a minituck face lift. Dr. Freeman's minituck and face lift are each done using a deep plane approach, something most plastic surgeons are not capable of providing. This approach allows him to rejuvenate the mid-face, jowl and neck without giving that pulled look. For her forehead a brow lift NC style was recommended. In Dr. Freeman's office he has developed a segmented approach to brow lift surgery. This means that some patients have a lateral brow lift, some a 3/4 brow lift and some a full brow lift depending upon their needs. This allows Dr. Freeman to provide the right amount of lift without making the patients look over done. He also uses an endoscope, an approach he helped pioneer, which allows the procedure to be done using small incisions and is better for sculpting the shape of the brow. She was so happy she did her homework!
