This very young attractive female patient wanted to see more of a chiseled appearance and felt that her face was flat. After seeing many cosmetic surgeons in Charlotte, NC she decided to see facial plastic surgeons in North Carolina. The only facial plastic surgeon in North Carolina she felt would give her the best results was Dr. Sean Freeman. Dr. Freeman recommended a chin implant to achieve more facial balance and define her facial features. She was very happy with her facial plastic surgery which gave her a very attractive appearance and well-defined facial features.
