This very attractive young man wanted to see improvement in the fullness of his neck and wanted less of a round face. He decided to travel to Charlotte researching facial plastic surgeons in North Carolina. It was suggested to the patient that he needed a chin implant along with cheek implants to accomplish the look of a more defined and attractive appearance. This patient was extremely happy with his facial cosmetic surgery and choosing a facial plastic surgeon in North Carolina.
