"I'm starting to look like my mother" is a phrase that is heard often in Dr. Freeman's office. This 55 year old woman also did not like the shape of her nose and decided that since she was going to have a face lift in NC she was also going to have a North Carolina rhinoplasty. She just needed to find the right surgeon. After visiting several area plastic surgeons and being less than overwhelmed with their photographs and experience she finally saw an ad for Dr. Freeman and visited his office. She liked that he just did facial plastic surgery since 1988 and was double board certified and fellowship trained. After consultation and discussion it was decided to proceed with a face lift NC style which in her case consisted of a deep plane minituck. Deep plane surgery is not something most plastic surgeons know how to perform but when done by an experienced specialist provides the most natural results. A brow lift NC style was also performed which in Dr. Freeman's office is done with an endoscope (a fiber optic camera light source), minimal incisions and sculpted to fit the individual. In this patient’s case a 3/4 endoscopic brow lift was done. Finally a rhinoplasty NC style was performed by Dr. Freeman to give her a nose that complemented her looks without looking artificial. She was glad she did her homework and found the facial plastic specialist in the southeast!
