A retired older man who still felt half his age wanted to do something to get people to quit asking him if he was tired or angry. Dr. Freeman recommended a brow lift NC style known as an endoscopic brow lift. For males, three incisions hidden in the hair line are all that is needed. For men who are bald or thinning the middle incision is hidden in the supreme wrinkle of the forehead. The shape of a man’s brow is different than that of a woman. A man’s brow should be higher in the middle and gently slope to the side giving a T shape. Using an endoscopic approach allows Dr. Freeman to tailor the shape of the brow for each patient. This patient also had puffiness of the lower lid and a hollow look underneath. A lower eyelid NC style was performed using Dr. Freeman's SOOF lift technique. His friends wondered what he did to look so rested and refreshed!
