This middle aged nice lady was tired of looking tired and sought Dr. Freeman's advice as to how to improve her looks without getting that operated on look. After evaluation she was felt to be an excellent candidate for a brow lift NC style known in Dr. Freeman's office as an endoscopic brow lift. Dr. Freeman offers three different brow lifts depending on the needs of the individual patient; a lateral brow lift, a 3/4 brow lift and a full brow lift. This patient needed a full brow lift since her full brow had migrated medially and inferiorly. Using an endoscope allows him to selectively elevate the brow via small hidden incisions within the scalp and allows him to move each brow laterally and superiorly giving a natural end result. In addition this patient underwent a blepharoplasty NC style known as a SOOF lift blepharoplasty. This approach uses an incision hidden inside the eyelid and includes a lift of the mid-face. Both of these procedures are operations that Dr. Freeman is well known for, having invented the SOOF lift blepharoplasty and being one of the first surgeons in the country to perform endoscopic brow surgery.
