This middle aged male came in complaining about looking tired and angry when he felt just fine! For men especially this in not an unusual complaint. He was found to be an excellent candidate for a brow lift NC style known as an endoscopic brow lift. When dealing with men the shape of the brow is different than women. For a man Dr. Freeman wants a T-shaped brow as an end result with the highest part of the brow being towards the nose. A woman's brow on the other hand should gently rise at the tail of the brow and be lower medially. To accomplish this shaping of the brow Dr. Freeman uses an endoscope and for a man three small incisions in the scalp. Should the patient be bald a small horizontal incision is made in the supreme wrinkle line of the forehead. These incisions heal very well since all the lift is done under the skin! Dr Freeman was a pioneer of endoscopic surgery and has written extensively on the subject.
