Dr. Freeman often hears from his patients that they feel like their face is melting! Another frequent theme paraphrased is, I don't want to look like I had surgery, pulled or stretched. Patients that do their homework in the Southeast often end up in Dr. Freeman's office. This patient had a face lift NC style known in Dr. Freeman's office as a SignatureLift. This lift is a short flap face lift that can be done under local with oral sedation and when done by itself most patients can have this done on a Thursday and return to work on Monday! She decided to also have a blepharoplasty NC style known as a SOOF lift blepharoplasty as well as an upper lid blepharoplasty. A chin implant was also performed. Any facial implant done by Dr. Freeman is done to blend into the patient’s anatomy. She was very pleased and her friends were impressed!
