This 50 year old patient drove to Charlotte, NC to see Dr Freeman after doing her research on the Internet. She wanted to see a facial plastic surgeon in North Carolina and liked that he had done nothing but facial plastic surgery since 1988, was double board certified and showed pictures of patients who looked "really good" without looking like they had surgery! She wasn't sure exactly what she wanted as far as rejuvenation was concerned but she did know she wanted a rhinoplasty in NC. Dr. Freeman prides himself on providing rhinoplasty results that fit the patients face and look like they should have been there all along. Each North Carolina rhinoplasty done by Dr Freeman is different and the procedure is tailor made to fit the patients face. Many patients who opt for a Charlotte rhinoplasty by Dr. Freeman also are encouraged by Dr. Freeman to get a chin implant should he feel that this will improve their overall facial balance and help improve the end result or their cosmetic rhinoplasty. This patient fell into that category and agreed to the procedure.

To accomplish her rejuvenation concerns secondary to aging  this patient like almost every patient Dr. Freeman listens to wanted to look younger without looking unnatural or over done. She had read about the deep plane North Carolina face lift approach used by Dr. Freeman and was surprised but gratified to hear that he is one of the few plastic surgeons with the experience and skill to use this approach in the southeast. In addition to her rhinoplasty and chin implant she elected to have a deep plane face lift which in her case involved a minituck, which is a slightly less involved procedure than a face lift and was all this patient needed. A brow lift in NC was also performed; this was done with an endoscope which allows for smaller incisions and more precision sculpting of the brow. To improve wrinkling around the mouth laser skin tightening was included.
